Site specific fiber sculpture, in front of an abandoned laundry mat. Sculpture includes crocheted abstract pieces, referencing skin/tissue/fat/blood vessels/muscle/unidentifiable organ.
Crocheted yarn, glue, clothesline, clothespins.
"Woman or Witch" 2020
Tulle smoke and flames, all consuming. Size can contain an average human. Sculpture represents all the women burned at the stake, that have been persecuted throughout history. That are still being persecuted.
Large scale woven and sewn circular sculpture, 6 ft. high. Wood, steel rods, wire, black fabric woven into wire, black/red/orange/yellow tulle, thread.
"Don't Break It" 2019
